Loukesha Raye has been in love with accounting since she was in high school. 

Loukesha is a Senior Accountant for the CIL team, where she is focused on making sure the books are balanced. She believes the key to success is to treat others how you would like to be treated, and that what you put in is what you get out!

When Loukesha is not busy at school (she is a Senior at the University of Hartford pursuing her bachelor's in Accounting), she enjoys reading and helping her four children realize their potential by pushing them beyond their comfort zones.
