When she's not accomplishing great things at work, Melissa can be found bagpiping, skydiving, knitting in Tree Pose, or adding another pair to her ugly shoe collection.

 A LEED Accredited Professional, her mantra "it's not about being right, it's about doing right" serves her well as she chases challenges and seeks solutions in her work at CIL. 

In her role as a Real Estate Developer, Melissa works as a liaison with consultants, advisors, and vendors to create real estate solutions for CIL's clients. She attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and received her bachelor's degree in Management, and her master's in Construction Management from Central Connecticut State University.
