EARLY BIRD PRICING:
Foursome: $800.00
Individual Golfer: $200.00
After 5/8, price will increase to:
Foursome: $1,000
Individual Golfer: $250
Cost for golfers includes greens fees, golf cart, golfers gifts, lunch, open bar on the course, post-tournament food, and a donation to CIL's mission.
50/50 Raffle Tickets & Mulligan Tickets (one per golfer) will be for sale cash only at registration.

About the Gaylord Sports Association:
The Gaylord Sports Association, a program of Gaylord Specialty Healthcare, empowers individuals with disabilities — including those recovering from spinal cord injuries, strokes, amputations, and traumatic brain injuries — to return to an active, fulfilling lifestyle through adaptive sports. Offering 17 sports, including a year-round golf program, Gaylord helps participants regain independence, confidence, and community.
Golfers of all abilities can enjoy adaptive golf clinics, the Gaylord Golf Club, and the inspiring Ken Murphy Memorial Golf Open — a tournament designed specifically for golfers with physical disabilities and visual impairments.
