COVID-19 Update

To the CIL Community:

Community matters to us, which is why we are implementing the following policies in light of the dynamic and fast-changing COVID-19 situation. We do this to protect our teammates, partners, and the populations we serve.  

Effective immediately, CIL teammates will be working remotely. CIL is well-equipped to continue our operations remotely, and at the moment, we do not anticipate this policy to negatively impact our ongoing projects. 

Employees have been instructed to only attend meetings outside of CIL if necessary to accomplish important, business related tasks that cannot be effectively completed remotely via email, phone, or internet conferencing tools. 

We are “closing” the office, but not shutting down. Our team will continue to work with the same dedication and diligence that we do when we are physically in the office. This policy will remain in effect until further notice.

We will be updating this page in the event that anything changes.

If you need assistance, be it property management or otherwise, the best number to call is still our main line: (860) 563-6011. From there, you can leave a message, access our staff directory (calls are being forwarded to team members remotely), and after-hours you can reach our on-call phone.
